  • We make every effort to ensure accurate product images, but colors/appearances may differ slightly due to screen settings.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Payments must be made via the accepted payment methods listed at checkout.
  • Orders are only processed once payment is received in full.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India only.
  • Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days, depending on location.
  • Delays due to courier or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of perfume products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the seal is broken or packaging is tampered with.
  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video) to arrange a replacement.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
