At Perfume Enclave, we aim to ensure that your chosen fragrance reaches you safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping guidelines carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number for your convenience.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We offer PAN India delivery.
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: ₹80 for orders below ₹799.
- Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹799.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take up to 10 business days.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- You can track your order status online anytime.
5. Packaging & Safety
- All perfumes are shipped in secure, protective packaging to prevent leaks or damage.
- In the rare event of receiving a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We currently do not offer COD.
- All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment gateway.
7. Delays & Exceptions
- Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, courier delays, or festivals.
- Perfume Enclave is not liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
